One setup, seven frames

Pick a light. Stay there. Change only one thing per frame: crop, seat vs stand, who looks at whom, hands. That is a Pose Flow. The transition tip is the thing you say between frames so they do not reset to a catalogue pose. If the light dies, then move. Until then, you are leaving pictures on the floor.
